Refund policy

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The item must be in sellable condition and returned at your own cost. When the return is approved by customer services, we must receive the item within 28 days of the original delivery. Items returned to us that arrive damaged or lost will not be credited.

Goods must be returned in the original packaging or if not available protective packaging must be used. We do not accept returns of liquid-based products due to the nature of these products and the fact that they can be tampered with.

Goods damaged in transit will be refunded or replaced at our discretion. We will attempt wherever possible to replace broken items, but in the case of glass, which is both fragile and heavy, we may choose to provide a refund instead or ship a replacement with a future order.
